I find this tiring as well and there is a reason that you have to continue to have these sorts of talks. The way that transgenderism is articulated is very insufficient and confusing. If you google male pregnancy you get a person who was born female that transitioned and had “upper body surgery.” Only “he” fits the most common definition we have of female still which is able to have children. That is not a man having a baby it is a woman having a baby who happens to look like a man due to surgery.
I didn’t make up those definitions of male and female. They have existed for thousands of years. A better definition of transgender people wouldn’t try to imply that they are something that they are not. It is because of the poor way these concepts are articulated that people struggle to grasp them.
