The United Story Isn’t About Customer Service. It’s About Class Warfare.

If the author thinks that a doctor getting beat up on a plane and dragged off is a story about income inequality then all stories to him are about income inequality. It is about too much power being given to airlines and airport security and not enough rights for consumers. This isn’t about deregulation either. Ultra regulation has put us in this situation where there isn’t really any competition in the market. If there isn’t competition in the market then your customers are captive to you and you can treat them however you want.
