There is zero evidence of voter suppression. A majority of Americans want a photo ID to be required to vote. The reason for that is simple. They do not want their vote to be disenfranchised. The way that happens is simple. If I vote my one vote and others vote multiple times the impact of my vote is reduced and thus I am disenfranchised.

Any attempts to bring up the Klan or Jim Crow in regards to photo ID laws is a misdirection if not outright deception. People using laws that prevented others from voting in the past does not make all voting laws racist, sexist, etc… If particular voter ID laws are burdensome then we should work to change them. Declaring the whole concept to be underhanded is blatantly dishonest and a majority of Americans know it.
