Glittering Milestones in 2021

Happy new year team Glitter! It’s a new year and we hope everyone had a fantastic holiday season. It’s time to recap what we as a community achieved in 2021. We are going to keep this short and sweet because let’s be honest, who has time for long-drawn-out articles when you have so much glittering to be done?

July:

• Glitter Finance was created by Founder and CEO, David Dobrovitsky.
• David recruits an elite team of Solana ecosystem insiders and founders, to create the initial ideas behind the Glitter Finance platform.

August:

• Created the Litepaper and Website, under the mentorship of David Dobrovitsky team Glitter began their Glittery journey!
• Received the grant from the Polygon Foundation.

September:

• Finished research to create the first version of the whitepaper.

October:

• Glitter Finance partners with Oracles Investment Group (OIG). A partnership that commits to optimizing and leveraging the full benefits of blockchain bridges.
• Formed a partnership with Dutch Crypto Investors, a celebrated VC firm that assists startups with capital, marketing and strategic partnerships.

• Partnerships with Exnetwork Capital, Space Capital, ZBS Capital, Skybridge 20 Ventures, CRT Capital, and Halvings Capital.
• We partnered with Bullish Block Capital, a venture capital firm that is focused on fostering blockchain-based technology.

• Partnership with Thinksmartbrother Capital, powered by major KOL and investor, Jimmy Tran.

November:

• Glitter Finance partnered with the Black Dragon, a VC firm that provides financial support for innovative early-stage blockchain projects through talent, money, and expertise.
• Glitter Finance onboard major KOL backers including CryptoFomo and others.
• Glitter Finance creates major communities in Vietnam, CIS, and Turkey, through collaboration and partnerships with major regional players. From Vietnam, these include: Coincu Ventures, Onebit Ventures, AVA Capital, Coinpublic, MAXX Capital and others. From the CIS region these include AVG, Octopus Crypto Fund, and others. From Turkey, we partnered with WLI Capital.
• Glitter Finance completed a fully oversubscribed seed round for its cross-chain yield farming bridge. We were able to wrap up our seed round. This was the first release of Glitter Finance’s bridge that connects yield farms across Algorand and Solana, as well as connection with several blockchain networks.
• Partnership announcement with CSP DAO to provide expertise in early-stage blockchain startups, as well as fair and community-driven investment and leadership in value creation.
• Glitter Finance launched Glitter Finance — a decentralized finance trading platform that employs artificial intelligence and machine learning to automate the connection between multiple blockchain networks. It was developed with the goal of making it easier for traders to interact across multiple blockchains.
• Collaborated with Aegis Launchpad to provide diversified fundraising options and a decentralized atomic swap tool that does not charge any fees.

December:

• Glitter Finance launches IDO on Solster.
• Glitter Finance launches IDO in SafeLaunch.
• Partnered with MH Ventures as a strategic partner.
• Glitter Finance partnered with R8 Block Capital, a Singapore-based crypto asset fund focusing on DeFi and Web 3.0.
• Partnership with Orion Depp, Managing Partner of Master Ventures.
• Glitter Finance and the CUDOS Network formed a strategic partnership, announcing plans for collaboration to bridge Cudos to the Algorand ecosystem.
• Solana and Algorand testnet went live.
• Received grant from Algorand Foundation.
• Glitter Finance gets listed as one of the best and most promising upcoming crypto startups in Estonia.
• Glitter Finance partnered with Unilayer Capital, a world-class community-backed venture capital group.
