Science Communication as a Moral Imperative

As a postscript, I should add this is one reason I am absolutely in love with science museums like the Cal Academy. Our scientists and curators are *fantastic* science communicators, and have a genuine passion for sharing what they love with all of our guests.

And unlike a university, museums place science communication at a very high premium. In fact, our existence depends on it!

A big “high five” to museum scientists and educators around the world, who make science come alive to millions of people every day.
