What is an STO ?
A security token is a financial asset that is “tokenized” on a blockchain and available on the “crypto-active” market.
These tokens are presented as digitalized financial assets that allow the creation of securities (fractions of ownership) and the execution of quasi-instantaneous transactions.
When a security token is issued on the market, it is called a security token offering or STO.
Global ID has just launched its first fundraising campaign in the form of STO using the #Ethereum blockchain!
Tokens securities associated with participation certificates of Global ID will be issued as ERC-20 tokens and will be issued only to investors who have successfully passed the KYC and complied with the AML requirements (Anti-Money Laundering) of Global ID.

- Information Sharing: Facilitates transfer of ownership, with a secure shareholder/participation certificates’ holders register that is automatically updated and easily auditable.
