We fear the unknown for it’s lack of control, when we can help steer and create it. We fear looking bad, but by crating something “out loud” we are showing that we are confident in our own success. That we value every idea, which then generates a free flow of creative comradery that can expand any idea, good, bad, or indifferent’s potential. We fear failing, when failure is something that should be envied. Failure represents effort, attempt, and in it’s own way potential, because you are willing to try.
