As an environmentalist, I’m appalled when any group uses CEQA as a way to cause disruption and delay. I’m particularly appalled when the goals of those groups is anti-environmental — like opposing mass transportation as here, or the years-long CEQA battle over bike paths. Its gives CEQA advocacy a bad name.
