So, what can you expect from the Goobers Collection? First and foremost, Goobers are cute, adorable, and you’ll absolutely want to pet and love them in ways arguably weird. Their accessories, body colors, outfits, and backgrounds are randomized upon creation, so every Goober is a surprise!
Categories of Goobers include: common, rare, uber rare, and super uber rare. (And yes, I spent a fair amount of time giggling while repeating “super uber rare” over and over until I could say it right).
Where can I get my Goobers pal? Goobers are purchasable on the Goobers website and will be available later via the secondary market on Opensea.io.
What will my adorable Goober cost? Every Goober is fairly distributed and will cost 0.08 ETH + gas fees. If you were part of the CLU sale, you managed to snag your Goober at a discounted rate of either 0.04 ETH (presale) or 0.06 ETH.
What is the total supply? Only 15,000 Goobers will ever goo their way out of the water supply they first came to life in, so you can bet this CluChick grabbed more than her fair share. I shall keep them all and build a Goobers haven, where they can roam free and glob around in the open meadows of scientist-free harmony.
What is the Learner’s Quest Airdrop? If you completed and received your Learner’s NFT from the CLU website on or before Sept 4th, all you have to do is claim your Goober at your discretion and only pay gas fees!
When will I see what sort of Goober I obtained? Like the drama of Goobers, you can absolutely expect their reveal to be just as dramatic. The way the process looks is:
First, you’ll purchase your Goober (or many of them). Transactions for the ETH sale are limited to 20 per transaction, but you can have as many transactions as you’d like as there is no max limit per wallet.
Next, the Goober would then be assigned to the wallet address you input into the beneficiary field during the purchase with CLU. After it’s assigned to your wallet address, you can simply claim the Goober with the wallet specified at any time on the ETH network.
If you purchased your Goober during the ETH sale it will be minted and claimed automatically when you send the transaction.
Finally, it’s a wait for the epic reveal. This will come later, but it will give you access to the look and rarity of your new friend.
How does this help CluCoin?
CLU Goobers Purchases: A portion of the CLU used to purchase these unique NFTs will be burned from the total existing supply.
Marketing Fees: 30% of the fees on the secondary market sales on Opensea will be used for burning and buying CLU.

CLU Hold-to-Earn Roles: A CLU holder’s Hold-to-Earn role will qualify them for future Goobers NFT airdrops, and who doesn’t want a stork-like delivery based on one of the cutest NFT to hit the market since ever?!
Special Quests: Goober holders will qualify for special quests, and a little birdie (might have been a dog, actually) told me that those who complete their quests could even get a super sweet reward!
CLU Governance: CLU members who hold Goobers will be given a small bonus in relation to CLU governance yields.
