This week | Audrey Choi: How to make a profit while making a difference

Audrey Choi knows a thing or two about sustainable investing

Sustainable investment expert Audrey Choi proclaims that sustainable investing doesn’t require a magic spell, or an investment secret. With our investments, we collectively have the power to make sustainable investing the norm. Choi provides the audience with fascinating data from a Harvard Business School study which shows that investing in a portfolio of companies focused on the long-term social and environmental effects of their business can turn some serious profit, returning almost twice as much as investing in companies focused purely on making more money. Choi eloquently dispels the myth that adding your ethical values into your investment thinking is not a wise financial decision — in fact, it’s a completely logical one.

“Invest in the change you want to see in the world.”
