I park in a public garage and had my tarp stolen last summer. I mean who does that?

For winter storage, I’ve removed the battery, added multiple locks, moved it to a higher floor, covered it up in cheap tarp and check on it everyday like an obsessed parent. But its an ‘09 ninja 250 so if it does get stolen, I'd get an excuse to upgrade(if i can afford one)cos that ninja still runs like its fresh off the factory floor.
