It’s a great advice, I’ve started to try to do it myself, but I find hard what I should write in that daily journal. Should I write down my goals for the day and use it to keep them tracked? Should I write what I’ve learned in the day and where I failed or won? Or is it better to write everything that comes into your mind? I feel pretty lost with how I should use a daily journal :(
