Thanks, Jason Putori, SO much!! I made a few real “whoppers” in 2015 from my defensiveness on a certain situation, and it went to hell totally, and fast. It was an already dying working business relationship — who knows, perhaps I pushed it to the max just to be done with it — and I finished it off for good, and horribly to my bad reputation with that vendor.
