How Mortgage Brokers are using Grabler to Make Their Workday More Effective

As mentioned in my last post, we have a wide range of different users using Grabler to automate and create a more effective workday for themselves. One of the most popular uses of Grabler has been for the real estate industry. We are currently catering to Mortgage Brokers, Loan Officers and similar positions. In this post I will walk you through a high level use case for our Real Estate users and show you how many of them use our product. It is important to note that Grabler is highly customizable to your needs so this is just one of many ways to get Grabler working for you.

The first step is to create your clients that you will be working with. This is done from the clients tab. From here you can specify a name for these clients, an example is the address of the real estate deal or the name of the client. After that you can define a template of documents you need from the client and when. These are documents you need to finalize a real estate transaction for example. At the end of this window, all you need to do is add the email to your client so they can access the template to upload their files. They will receive a notification that they can start adding files to the Grabler Service. *This template can be saved and use with other clients in the future.

Creating New Clients And Setting Up Documents

Now that you have created new clients you can view your current active clients and if they have uploaded the documents you have requested they send to you. You can also specify the frequency that Grabler reminds your client to upload any missing files from this view. The reminders are key to helping you automate the file retrieval process and being able to skip multiple nagging emails to remind your client to upload files.

When the client uploads any documents to Grabler it automatically is organized in your own Cloud storage service, be it Dropbox, Google Drive or One Drive. If you do not have your own cloud storage this can be added through Grabler at anytime. Below you will see the view of our client user bar which shows more details on the client and the status of the files.
