Hi there, π
The other day I was writing a strategy plan for a client βββ, when something dawned over me. πππ
A company, organization or institution all want you to praise them πππ.
A little pat on the back if you will. πππ
I mean, even a individual entrepreneur wants a little bit of credit for their endeavors. Right?! π€π€π€
But, how many of them are willing to risk and sacrifice timeβοΈ, money πΆπ· and effort π»βοΈβ for you to do so?
So many of them have that sense of entitlement. πππ
So please if you donβt mind, could you tell me what youβre entitled to? πππ
What are you doing that gives your audience the push to say that you rock?! πΈπΈπΈ
How much value do you give for FREE before you start asking for money?! Or do you only ask for money? π·πΆπ
As always, Iβd like to take a maxim from Benjamin Franklin. βββ
He said,
βIf you would reap praise you must sow seeds, gentle words and useful deeds.β
Benjamin Franklin
Pretty deep, right?! πππ
Let me break this down even further. π
To sow seeds would mean to plant ideas and opinions into the world, now we must do that with gentle words or kinds words and it should be equipped with useful deeds he says. By useful deeds I believe he means giving value. Giving insights into useful ideas and theories. I have began to break it down to this formula. ππππ
Education. + Inspiration x Motivation = Innovation π¨π¨π¨
What do you think?! πππ
Cheers for reading,
