Originally from Lima, Peru, Percy brings with him over 10 years of customer service experience. Before joining Grand Rounds, he worked at several technology companies in Silicon Valley as a Technical Support Agent. Prior to that, he worked for Decoro 360, as manager of Customer Service, and then as Regional Operations Manager. Percy speaks 3 languages — English, Spanish, and Russian. When he’s not at Grand Rounds, Percy loves to play soccer and spend time with his wife and son.
Marcela came to Grand Rounds with over ten years of experience in the hospitality industry. Through her prior experiences, she’s had the opportunity to interact with a diverse set of clients from her time in the food/catering industry. She enjoys being able to help patients achieve better health outcomes. And to do so in Spanish, her native language. Marcela was born in Colombia and considers herself a major foodie.
