Cut Grass

So, we’re starting a radio show: just an hour a month, available via the brilliant online station Totally Radio (also home to specialist shows from the likes of Chris T-T, Fink and Oddfellow’s Casino). We’ll be playing some Grasscut music but also tracks we’ve sampled and tracks we simply like, from post-punk to contemporary electronica, via 20th and 21st century classical. The show is called Cut Grass — do you see what we did there? — and the first episode will be available on 1st April. (No, this isn’t an April fool.) We’ll be playing a field recording from the Mawddach estuary, as well as music Vaughan Williams, Nils Frahm, Luke Abbott, Gazelle Twin, Penguin Café Orchestra, Josef K, Young Marble Giants and Nick Drake’s mum, Molly.
