Agile thinking

I’ve also seen this, a sort of backlash against agile. Partly it is because people don’t understand agile, do something else and then blame the buzzword. http://www.gregerwikstrand.com/distrust-agile/ But what struck me when I recently wrote about what people actually do when they are agile http://www.gregerwikstrand.com/18-top-agile-practices/ was how different that was from what most people see as being agile http://www.gregerwikstrand.com/key-agile-practices/ .
Ask “how can you recognize agile people” and the number one response would be “they do continous integration”.
Ask “what do most agile people do” and then the response would be “they have meetings”.
