I think you have defined the problem and the perpetrators of the problem; and if you read history and understand the plantation mentality of those who chose to subvert the minority community’s ability to advance in in society like the Margaret Sanger’s who started Planned Parenthood and to this day have 80% of their abortion clinics in Black neighborhoods, or the Democratic party that voted against the Black community on the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments. And the Civil Rights bills of the 60's which were passed by Republican Congressss to the dismay of Democrats. Or the State Democrats who passed gun laws disarming Blacks so the KKK could openly attack the Black community with impunity. Who still supports all theses measures, selected Black leaders like Sharpton who bleed the Black community, while supporting the very politicians who support the Plantation politics that foment the racist policies that incidiously keep a huge majority of the Black population from achieving their potential, lord knows we could use more tax payers and less entitlement recipients, like the Democrats want to have to garner votes. Start voting for jobs and opportunity, and quit voting for free stuff that keeps everyone on the urban plantation.
