All of those are debatable, save for capacity, and capacity is what I was alluding to.

No offense, but statistically, and this has been over many years and is why limiting magazine capacity is such a fallacy; in 30% of all cases involving bringing down a bad guy by cops or civilians where the perp is using a weapon, it takes more than 10 shots to make it happen. Reloading a revolver is slower than a semi auto. By the way, cops only hit what they aim at less than 20% of the time, private citizens and criminals much better, like by a factor of 3.
