Typical tech where managerial skills seem not to be valued, recognized, or appreciated. Sadly, most companies have gone this direction and they put inexperienced, cheaper, younger, know it alls in charge and it costs them dearly in the long run in effectiveness, turnover, discontent….seems upper management condones and encourages this bad behavior by not controlling it.
