Gorsuch and the Senate — and the ghost of Garland

When you speak of SENATE OBSTRUCTIONISM, you seem to have have selective amnesia when it comes to Harry Reid not letting 400–600 bills come to the floor for votes, many of which would have passed and some would have survived vetoes because that is what the constituents wanted! That is OBSTRUCTIONISM. What the Republicans did was react to this form of legislative practice and Presidential WHOLESALE threat of vetoes, since Obama signaled he was TOTALLY unwilling to compromise on almost any issue. Your legal skills may be impeccable, your common logic and factual skills need some work.
