You forgot the Shadow “amendments” under Obama where by you manage to get an official ID of any sort like a driver’s license or a welfare card with your address on it you will most likely get registered to vote[motor voter and all that]. Better yet the Justice Department says you do not even need an ID, just an address and some mail in some states! Less Apathetic students have been voting where they go to school and by absentee in their home states for years.
