At this point, how would you nix the free lunches? Employees will see it as a pay cut. I’m also surprised that, since it’s a consistent benefit, the IRS doesn’t see it as compensation. (You can buy clients/employees food, but when it is regular like this it becomes compensation; they are suppose to withhold taxes on it.)
