Nish — you had the balls to say it. Kudos. I have run a SaaS “startup” before and am now running a “service”s company.. some of the points I highlighted in your article are what I have mentioned, in private, to others (primarily because who the heck cares about what an old guy thinks). Now, after 3 yrs of running a global delivery company (US + India) plus running a SaaS company before that, I can add a lot more to this mix as well, but again, who the heck cares about what an “over-the-hill guy thinks” when there are so many blogs about “startups” and how “everyone can & should run a startup”?
