Dear White People,

I am sorry for not understanding your frustration and angst before, but I definitely understand it now. You all have done and given so much to the world, and yet all people bring up is the violence and questionable measures in which you have done it. Please see below to understand just how deeply I SYMPATHIZE with your race.

On Colonization

If it weren’t for you Native Americans would still be harvesting fresh fruit and vegetables, honoring their culture, creating natural ailments for terrible diseases, and being beautiful symbols of tradition, and family. Yet they are now reserved to hilarious stretches of “land” where they can yes govern their own communities, but due to the limited resources they now have due to the ultimate growth you all needed for capitalization, and the shameful excuses of food assistance you provided- (since you ruined their natural source of food) — they suffer from the highest rates of obesity, diabetes, alcoholism, and depression. But it is their own fault. All you did was get lost, rape and pillage their women, spread communicable disease, and attempt to do it all in the name of Colonization and Christ.

For Latino/Mexican Americans (afro black, -icans, etc.) thank you for kicking them out of their own part of the country, and surprising them at the last minute when their piece of the American pie was a bit smaller than expected. That is their fault for trusting you in the first place in a compromise that never planned on compromising in the first place. And now they are the biggest work force that is responsible for practically everything we put in our mouths, yet the great White Hope of the Century, Donald Trump, suggests that we deport them (humanely of course) back to their country. I completely agree, this way all those whites who are vying for their jobs can finally get back to the backbreaking, manual labor that puts food on American tables.

For Asians, just keep continuing to sexualize Asian women, and mocking Asian men. They are the closest thing to white, and therefore it is acceptable. But please remember there are over 34343843 cultures of “Asian”, and that sadly they do not all look alike for your convenience. Each culture must be treated separately, like most human beings, due to the fact that each group from Japanese, Chinese, Malaysian, Singapore, Indian, Pacific-Islander, Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, and others all have unique cultural differences and experiences that warrant just that. I mean, just be patient as we try to understand the physical differences between a Caucasian Greek, German, Italian, Russian, Polish, Scottish, or French individual who all share the same variations of pasty skin, and entitlement.

And lastly, the group who gives you the most grief- Africans and African Americans. What a pathetic group, huh? All we do is complain about racism, yet it isn’t your fault. We were sold and nabbed from our homeland by other Africans in some cases, brought to the United States for our strong exterior and ability to withstand the colonial stench unlike the Native Americans. We were treated as property, shipped, sold, driven apart through colorism, separated from our families, and then we had the audacity to fight for our rights to be treated as people. We gained a bit of hope during the Reconstruction area, where we became educated, held government office, and owned land. Yet that was terrifying to see blacks having confidence, and power and through backhanded political measures it was stripped from us. Now we are still suffering the effects of Jim Crow today, and I get it. We were supposed to understand that separate always means equal.

Now, unless, you have been hiding under a rock there have been more blacks murdered, imprisoned, and threatened unjustly these days than at the height of the reign of the KKK. But White People, it is our fault. How dare we blast our music, eat skittles, wear hoodies, go to church, drive a car, speak, breathe, think, act, listen, have an opinion, produce children, and the list goes on. Our only purpose is to serve as your source of musical and athletic entertainment, your basis for justification for the “N” word because you know-we say it-and the fact that we kill each other totally justifies you thinking it’s perfectly fine to do the same thing. We should disregard the Columbine shootings, Denver Movie Theater Shootings, Sandy Hook Shootings, Charleston Church Shootings, and countless university setting shootings done by “POOR, MENTALLY UNSTABLE, YET BRILLIANTLY EDUCATED WHITE MEN” who just under the constant pressure of being white every day –an unspeakable privilege-decided to take the law into their own hands, and murder tons of innocent people of all different backgrounds. For example, In Kentucky, where I work the black man-President Obama- serves as the single sole fault of declining jobs in the coal industry. Never mind these jobs have been declining since the Clinton administration, as well as the Bush administration, but who do we blame-The Black Guy! How convenient. Don’t blame the coal industries who never invested money in the same communities they profited from, or the billion dollar pharmaceutical industries that profit off of issuing high numbers of prescription pain killers that lead to White People, YES, WHITE PEOPLE, selling their food stamps and welfare assistance to feed their addiction. But please, please continue to vote Republican, poor whites. Keep making the Golden Ticket whites richer and richer; those same whites who scoff at you, and want to take away those same programs you depend on. But it doesn’t matter, because only blacks and Latinos are lazy. Only blacks and Latinos need government assistance. Whites may use it, but we all know you all feel bad for using it, even when you are selling it for your addiction. Don’t worry Reagan’s welfare queen is doing the same, but only she will get a national spotlight-oh and a fake story that doesn’t exist that still perpetuates decades later as the ungrateful “Black Face” of federal assistance.

So, if you have read all of this. Thank you. Disclaimer: This is not ALL white people, but a whopping majority of you. Even if you are not directly responsible for racist thoughts or actions, and you have not done anything to stop others or correct others then you too are perpetuating racism and stereotypes. It is time to end the age of White Supremacy. No one is taking this country from you; if anything we PoC just want a fair shot. We just want to be able to walk into a store without being followed, drive a car without being shot, go to church without being massacred, speak without judgment, walk in our beauty, and treated with the same respect as you have been your entire life. In 2015, we have taken more steps forward, to take even greater steps back than we have in history. And white people, you sit on the boards of every fortune 500 company, you are able to see yourself on TV or on the radio, or the runway, and people of color have gone to great lengths just be deemed physically acceptable by you. Whitewashing ourselves so that you feel comfortable-and don’t even forget people changing the beauty of our names to fit more whitewashed names such as Ann, Bill, Tom, and Sean. Why must we not all have this simple, one syllable names to make your life easier?

My goal is to show that I completely understand the senseless threats on PoC, the fear from just the sight of black skin, and the great lengths you go to protect your guns and southern Confederate pride because you are white. And history shows us that you have truly been the most at-risk group, I only hope that we (PoC) can help you to feel more safe again, and eventually work together. In the meantime, keep yourself in black face, use that N Word, and do it all in the name of being a TRUE American.
