Start small. Invite a colleague for a walk to discuss something that’s not critical. Experience how it feels. Then, invite a group of 3–4 colleagues to go for a walk to brainstorm on something that’s needs to addressed but, once again, it’s not critical. Keep practicing and, as I mentioned on the piece, understand when (and when not) to conduct a walking meetings. Cheers and reach out if you have any questions :)
