From Worrying to living

I am that kind of person that starts the mornings worrying about what happened yesterday and finishes the day worrying about how will tomorrow go, exhausted because of thoughts, lots of them, that will never stop hunting me. I’ve dreamed to get rid of this curse since I was little. I tried different thing, from Tapping solution to meditation and even psychologists. Everything seemed to be a temporary solution which worked well for the moment. I felt a change, now, recently, last month, and it’s a great change, I am now ,,playing” life in the 3rd person style, I see myself from above and I feel calm and I actually enjoy the moment. I stopped thinking about stuff that I am not supposed to. I am now thinking about the opportunities ONLY and will not torture myself with worthless worries and analysis of the situations that are in the past.

WHAT helped me? a book.

I cannot say that this will help anyone, and maybe this was just the right time for me to read it, and maybe that was just a coincidence but this actually changed me. NOT right away! NO, it’s been pace to pace.

The book is called ,,How to stop Worrying and start living” by Dale Carnegie.

I know it’s not the book that gave me the understanding of how to solve my inner problems but I know for sure that it gave me a good set of knowledge to begin with. And I know for sure that I discovered the technique a long time ago, but it would only work one day and it will just be forgotten on the next day. And that is due to one thing — habit.

ONCE you feel like you’ve found your solution that works very well for you — MAKE IT A HABIT. It’s not that easy to introduce a new habit so you might feel uncomfortable the first 2–3 weeks, but after you’ve developed this new habit, it will stay with you for a long time.

I am not a writer and I did not write this for likes or shares, I just really hope I will help at least one person.
