Acts of Kindness

The history of this movement can be traced back to Anne Herbert. Anne claims that she coined the phrase and wrote it on a place mat at a Sausalito restaurant in 1982 or 1983 as “Practice random acts of kindness and senseless acts of beauty.”Dec 21, 2011
Small acts of kindness and sentence of sympathy leads us to mental satisfaction and calmness. In our daily life we face a lot of situation which could be the source and chance of kind actions, kind attitude, showing gratitude and some care about our family and friends.In our daily life usually we do not practice this kind of attitude although it has a positive impact on our social, emotional and personal life.
I am going to share my one day experience with you, hopefully you all have same experience in your daily life and the need is just to think about it and identify.
Allow my friend to use my bicycle: One of my friend is doing internship at Rafhan Maze and he was facing difficulties in transportation so he asked me about my bike which is free now a day and I allowed him to take my bike for whole internship.
Share job opportunities with fellows: Now a day my university fellows are searching for jobs related to their profession so I just posted some latest job opportunities with them.
Cut grass and give it to neighbors: I cut out the grass of my home’s lawn and give it to my neighbors who often demand this for their personal use.
Unblock all people on facebook: On facebook there were some people blocked in my account due to some reasons so today I unblock them as a act of kindness.
Help friend in project work: The last date for submission of our final year project announced yesterday and one of my group member is out of home and could not completed his portion so I decided to do his work as it’s a nice chance to show kindness.
