Women-Led Developer DAO Launches Gaming Studio
Hosting a 24-Hour Hackathon at ETH Denver to Build Web3 Games with AIKON ORE ID
DENVER, COLORADO: (February 24th, 2023)
H.E.R DAO, a woman-focused developer DAO committed to increasing diversity and inclusion in Web3, has today announced the launch of its first incubated company, HD Games.
The collective will kick-off the new venture with a 24-hour Games Day Hack hackathon in collaboration with AIKON, the market leader in single sign-on, easy onboarding web3 solutions, to be held at ETH Denver, in Denver, Colorado on 28th Feb — March 1, 2023.
The HD Games/H.E.R. DAO Games Day Hack will be held at the infamous H.E.R. DAO Hacker House, which became the first women-led hack house in the market in 2022.
The 2022 event garnered a large audience of web3 natives and newcomers that engaged in powerful discussion, as well as many top-performing crypto companies.
2023 entrants in the Games Day Hack at ETH Denver can take a share of up to ten-thousand dollars in rewards. The event will further women-led innovation and development in Web3 gaming, as well as elevate the presence of women in game studio ownership, the broader gaming industry, and across Web3.
As a major sponsor of the event, AIKON’s ORE ID will serve as the foundation for the Games Day Hack’s innovation.
ORE ID is an easy-to-use, web3 single sign-on (SSO) and universal wallet creation solution that allows easier access to blockchain apps through a combined, single sign-on solution and cloud wallet.
