Facing your Fear of Failure and How to Overcome it A simple but Comprehensive Solution.

I have a problem in start that I haven’t to speak in front of people my idea or anything that is related to group discussion or for promoting something new or a project.After knowing that this Activity from Amal as an assignment that you be speak in-front of people to overcome your weakness and increase public speaking and I really frustrated about this how can i do it and how can i say something that I am fellow of Amal family and this is one of youth development academy where your professionally grooming and learn much more which is related to your professional life and make you fit for it. When I talk with my pair fellow Hina wishal for that she is from out of Punjab university and have difficult for her to come and do it in a group form so we decided that we done it individually and submit it and will do in an impressive way. My journey is started very amazingly in University then in Hotel and then in my own department Institute Of Geology University Of the Punjab Lahore to aware people about Amal Academy and distributes flyers of Amal academy.

But an amazing story I want to add here is that at the end of sunday session I take some posters from mam Zuha and she trust on me give me three posters for distributing so when I enter to my hostel area I saw a girl she is also hotalite and come from home to hostel and from IER department firstly I don’t know her after some discussion I know about her and she give proper response when I nearer to my hostel I said to her that you know about Amal academy she said know is this a teaching Academy I said no and giver her proper explanation of Amal Academy and I said to her that can you tell me that in which hostel is your legally allotment ? She said hostel number One room number 87 I mention that I give you a poster kindly read it by yourself and refers also to your friends and also paste it in your hostel notes board. She said OK why not then I came to my hostel and its finish a short but amazing experience.

I start it from my Own Hostel Firstly and I paste poster on notes board in hostel and also I write in bottom of it that if someone have issue or confusion or need help can contact on my number and come to my room after 10PM and before 3AM. Mostly mine friends come to my room like Abdul Saboor, Hedayat Ullah, Hamza, Ihtisham, Muhammad Ali, Sheraz etc. from different department and Alhamdulillah i guided all of them very well and they all are really appreciate Amal academy and promise with me that we will be apply for it but if we have some issue can you help us in form filling i reply why not obviously just you call me i will do. Tomorrow at Tuesday I meet with my Engineering section teacher Sir Sana Ullah Sani, Sir shahid Ali, and also with my Supervisor Sir Sohail Akram & Salman Farooq all of them knowing about Amal are very happy and appreciated me that you done a great job but one teacher Sir Sana Ullah Sani is taking too much interest in it and said to me that take time I want to Amal academy staff in his Office insha ALLAH next week me and my teacher will visit your office also he really appreciated and give good comments about Amal academy. After it I paste my Amal poster on departmental student Notes board with the help of glue and distributed flyers among student throughout in my department and specially going to his classroom and as instruction follow all instruction and distributed flyers.. Over all this is amazing and much more interesting experience really gain confident, public speaking and make link with people.
