Couldn’t agree more. Although I was one of the Costco $80 per year memberships that came on board last December, I loved the idea and relished returning to movie theaters seats, which in LA, like NY are just under $20 a pop. Once we finally got our MoviePass cards (one month later) and started to use them, they were Great! But then the problems started, and Customer Support doesn’t exist. Period. What a shame. We’ll be joining Sinemia as soon as MoviePass takes its long slow debilitating last breath. But it has been a hellah good ride. Thanks for the memories. And before anybody else tries it, TEST, TEST, TEST. With no customer support, you might as well just put the noose around your neck the day you ring the bell at the NYSE.
