Who Are the Most Consistent Teams in the NFL?

For instance, I’m not sure how a team (Pittsburgh) that has had 12 straight 8+ win seasons, 10 of which they were in the top 10 of DVOA, regularly in the top 4, is left off a list, including even second-tier teams.

That streak of 8+ win seasons list is remarkable and speaks to the John Schneider quote: only 11 teams even have a streak >1.
