With our more than 700 colleagues in HEINEKEN Cambodia, we come from 8 departments consisting of Marketing, Sales, Digital & Technology, Finance & Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal & Corporate Affairs.

We take pragmatic and result based approach. People and their performance are at the heart of HEINEKEN’s success and future as it is our ambition to deliver superior and balanced growth. Performance Management aims to get the best out of our people through a strong integral performance approach. Our both Mid Year and End Year Performance Review is reflected clearly to objectives of WHAT we are going to achieve with the right HEINEKEN Behaviours of HOW would help us to make them happen.

BECOME

Learning is about how to make us develop and become a better self. The main way we manage development in HEINEKEN is through Personal Development Plans (PDPs). To support us in defining development plans, we use the 70–20–10 approach to help us think about the best ways people learn. To provide every employee from different functions and positions with the need of different skills, we also having many leadership programs and training locally and internationally.

With 70%–20%–10% approaches, we provide initiatives and opportunities for our employees such as:

70%: On job experiences: employees will be able to learn through their assigned role. We also offer Short Term Assignment (3–6 months assignment) and Long Term Assignment (1 years long assignment) to different countries in different HEINEKEN operational company.

Supply Chain Manager Long Term Assignment

20%: Formal Coaching and Review: we do not just believe in learning from the experiences. That’s why we promote our behavior to learn from others. Our Manager plays such an important role in developing our employees. We are providing programs like coaching with manager, mentoring program for talents, and learning hub for all employees.

Our First Line Manager Program to our First time Manager

10%: Formal Training: With a great support from manager and learning from experiences, we also believe in learning new practical ways based employees’ need. We offer our general and technical skill training.

Working Schedule

Our standard working schedule for office employee is from

Monday to Thursday 8AM — 5:30PM

Friday 8AM — 4:30PM.

We have just introduced our Hei-Brid Way of Working where you can choose to ‘Work From Home’ for 2 days per week and thus the working schedule is also flexible.

And What we have done for People outside of HEINEKEN and in society?

In 2021 and recently, we provide support to community during Covid-19 and 1800 families received humanitarian packages including sanitary products and rice.

With our Brew a Better Cambodia Pillar — Social as part of our social and responsibility agenda, we also donated to People In Need organization 10,000USD to support the need of people in Cambodia.
