No, I didn’t overlook all of that FREE stuff at all.

“The concept of the authentic vacation, which can read “doing it right” adds a lot of stress to what should be a happy, judgement-free time.” I totally agree Paula. This article is only to correct the hundreds of articles which erroneously state that Ladurée are the “most authentic” macarons in Paris. There is no “judgement” in my list, simply a list of critera which each shop follows or not (ie: made fresh or frozen, made on-site or in a factory, available only in Paris or in cities all over the world). Thus the reader can make their own decisions based on facts, not just listen to the usual travel fluff that says “these are the best!”
