Welcome to HUBweek

Hi there, welcome to HUBweek.

HUBweek is a weeklong creativity and innovation festival, taking place across Greater Boston each fall. Founded by Harvard, MIT, Mass General Hospital and The Boston Globe, our mission is to convene, celebrate, and showcase the most creative and inventive people and ideas in art, science, and technology making an impact in Boston and across the world.

The first inaugural festival was held this past October, 2015 and was a major success:

• Convened over 46,000 attendees and 70+ collaborating organizations, including Microsoft, Google, Uber & Converse
• Showcased over 600 speakers and artists
• Celebrated the world-class ingenuity and creativity of this region with 106 events over 8 days

This was just the beginning. As we gear up for 2016, we can’t wait to share what’s next with you. We’ll use Medium here to share a host of updates and exciting news, as well as feature some of the brilliant minds making an impact here.
