Extreme Retro Raspberry Pi Arcade Cabinet Build
In the video below, Sean from SimpleCove demonstrates how to make a retro arcade cabinet. If you’ve been following the retro arcade scene for a while, this is nothing new. However, Sean’s build isn’t inspired by the 1980s or even ’70s gaming cabinets, but instead takes the form of a tabletop TV that one might have seen in the 1950s.
Though its mahogany veneer makes it look old from the outside, the 10-inch LCD screen and Raspberry Pi running RetroPie inside would have certainly blown away hardware that was available in the mid-1900s.
