
New Years Resolution
Thank you Kevin Rose for inspiring me to share my NY resolutions with Medium.
Here they are. Not in order of importance.
- Post an Instagram every week. That makes for at least 52 new posts for me in 2016 (I went back and counted 29 posts in 2015). This will force me to not wait until something interesting or “Instagram worthy” to happen to me but instead to proactively seek it.
- Read a new book every month. I figure if I only read for pleasure on the weekends then surely I can finish at least one book a month.
- Sleep earlier, rise earlier.
- Be more disciplined in my thinking and actions. Plan → execute → reflect → learn from mistakes & successes → make changes as need→ advance.
- Eating and chewing slower. No food comas. Better digestion. Improved relationship with food. Feel better.
- Meditate more.
- Run more outdoors. [harder during the winter ← is that an excuse already? ;)]
- Pray more.
- Do less to solely please others and more to please myself.
- Further improve as an investor.
