When people meet first time, people care about their language. It is because communication is important between people relationship. This situation could occur not only in friend ship but also in organization. Of course it is natural for employees to talk formal to their boss, but boss has to show the respect to the employees as well. By seeing their respect from their boss, the self-esteem of the employees towards their companies or association grows up too. Then companies’ outcome will grow too. Even though communication sounds like not too big part of organization, small thing makes big things. Therefore, communication(interaction) between people is really important for their development.
