We’re releasing the Halliday Onboarding Suite, powered by the Halliday Smart Contract Wallet. This is the ultimate gaming wallet, making bringing players to Web3 easier than ever, while also maintaining the industry’s founding principle of true player ownership. With the Halliday Smart Contract Wallet, we enable social login with account recovery, auto-signing sessions and gas sponsorship of player transactions.
The Halliday Smart Contract Wallet comes packaged with HalliPay, an extension of our Play Now, Pay Later product that now also supports Direct NFT Checkout. Direct NFT Checkout allows players to purchase NFTs upfront with a credit card. In conjunction with the Halliday Smart Contract Wallet, players will be able to fully experience a Web3 game without needing to know what the blockchain is.

All of this is made possible by Account Abstraction. The Halliday Smart Contract Wallet is built on top of ERC-4337, an exciting new development that has caught the attention of some of the most innovative builders in the ecosystem.
With Account Abstraction, we no longer need to choose between true ownership and user-friendly design. While the Halliday Smart Contract Wallet is fully non-custodial, we still offer the features that have traditionally been restricted to custodial wallets. Our goal is to bridge the best of custodial and noncustodial solutions into a new standard of ownership and access in Web3 games.
