SC Accelerator, Invest in yourself

Today was the second day of the StreetCode Accelerator, and the excited feeling continued today. Jason Green came in and gave an excellent lecture/Q&A section about business and investment, and the biggest take away was to find investors that match your interests & business, as opposed to changing yourself to fit an investor. I think that pertains to much a bigger attitude towards life in general.

I personally want to be able to better help entrepreneurs achieve their goals, and draw more upon others as resources to do so due to a lack of my own expertise in the field. I also learned an important lesson in letting people trust themselves when it comes to their business acumen — they know their business goals/plans/ideas better than I do.

I am excited to not only continue helping others work on their own projects, but get cracking on mine.
