Unless there are reliable and honest test subjects/groups its hard to take studies as serious. I have friends commenting that I can’t be healthy as a vegan, I have only been meat and dairy free for just over a month . This is despite the fact prior to switching to vegan, I only ate small portions of meat, prefering vegetables and did not consume dairy products due to intollerance and with minimal alcohol consumtion I think I was already pretty healthy, tests may prove different, however the only difference I have seen in my switch is my anixiety has gone, just giving up my 100gs a day meat and an egg a day consumtion. Is it linked, who knows, should my one anecdote be taken seriously when looking at the links mentioned above, maybe, especially if more honest people report changes.
