I am frightened for our country regardless of the result. Yes, a wipeout of the GOP at the polls would send a message about not tolerating racism, xenophobia, and misogyny. But there are still millions and millions of people who are OK with it. After 4–8 years, whether people had misplaced hatred or not of Hillary will be irrelevant. But the racism, xenophobia and misogyny in our country that Trump gave voice to will still be there.
