Day 1 Prep

Today is day 1 but officially, the hard work does not start until tomorrow. With the Ekka races coming to an end yesterday, today was really just time for myself to wind down, get some good food into me and some much needed rest. However, along with this, I do need to do some work which is preparing myself today for this journey that is beginning tomorrow.
The first thing I have to do is organise my eating plan and to make sure I have all the food ready and for use straight away. The plan below is the very simple eating plan that I will be following over the next 23 days.
Wake Up: Protein Shake with milk
Breakfast: Boiled Eggs & Ham
Lunch: Meat & Veggies
Snack: Greek Yogurt
Dinner: Meat & Veggies
Post Workout: Protein Shake + Fruit
Because I have no major commitments over the next 23 days, there is no need for myself to prep the meals unless something does come up. This is going to be the hardest part of this whole journey for myself because I have always had trouble with the nutritional side of things. It is no secret that I have a sweet tooth, however I am going to try and my hardest and will try not to give in no matter what.
The next thing that I need to organise is going to be my attire. This wont take along time but really just sorting out what I will be wearing on certain days at the gym as well what I will be wearing on runs ect. I want to organise a gym bag for myself to be able to carry all of my gear in when I go to the gym as well and to be able to leave it in the back of my car. The gear that I want to have every single day for all my training will be… LiveFitt gym bag, crossfit skipping rope, foam roller, ab roller, towel, water bottle and hat.
The final thing I want to take care of is just giving stew a clean and a wash. Stew is my car if you forget when reading this and I think it is only suitable to give Stew a fresh start as well and we can begin this journey together. Apart from this, thats pretty much it. I will check back again when I have complelted all of these tasks…
