Hello, This is me

Who are you? What do you do? These are the driving questions that most people ask when they are trying to find out new information about you.

Well… I’m a Uni student currently studying primary school education, striving to become a teacher. Choosing this career was difficult, as I lived in a small coastal town called Forster. Having to go out in the big world and decide what I wanted to do was a big decision that had to be made at the end of my high school journey. It resulted in my choice to move to Sydney and undertake full time study. This decision moving to the ‘big smoke’ has impacted my life greatly. Living by myself at 18 has possibly been one of the best, but yet hardest things I've done in my life so far and that's what I love about it. But that’s enough about me…

The reason I’ve chosen primary teaching is because I want to make a difference to not only a child’s future but also the world. My primary school experience was amazing and I want to make this great experience the same for every student.

In this blog page I will answer questions related to our ever-changing world. One issue being how technology is getting more advanced every year and it’s taking over the world. That means education too — so all of us pre-service teachers need to educate ourselves and help each other learn about new technologies and how we can use it as an advantage to not only to teach others but to teach ourselves also.
