one of the things I loved best about your pieces on the Daily Show was that you were *directly interacting* with the parties involved in bad behavior.
Your direct confrontation of those people is what exposed their true nature, and that was the beauty of it:
it wasn’t speculation or slander or heresay, it was straight from the horse’s mouth.
Contrast this hot mess of shade and snark, which can only ever perpetuate a narrative that one already wants to believe.
