I’m glad you want to watch those movies. I want you to watch those movies. BUT facts are not a matter of perspective. Just because you think a banana is purple, doesn’t make it so. It’s the dismissive tone of your admission that you know the difference between regional industries, but refuse to acknowledge it because it doesn’t fit your experience that is frustrating.

By all means, find these movies (though subtitles will be a problem), and watch them.
