Havas Singapore has promoted Andrew Hook, the current ECD of Singapore operations, to the role of Chief Creative Officer.

Valerie Madon has been hired to the dual role of chief creative officer for Havas in Southeast Asia and creative lead for GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) business for APAC.

Christopher Caussin & Anne Gabiron have been named at the head of DBi France.

Carolina Sabha has been appointed head of trading at Havas Media Group Argentina.

One Green Bean in the UK has hired Cath Jeffries as client partner and Chris Warr as associate creative director.

Ollie Dearn has been appointed as PR and marketing director at Havas London.

Havas Sydney has appointed Paul Bootlis as digital creative director and Yoann Bernex as technical lead of digital technology.

Dentsu Aegis Network’s full-service B2B agency Gyro has officially launched in Australia, following the announcement of its merger with Interprise Australia and Band Interprise in February this year.

Dentsu Aegis Network has rebranded Dentsu Media as Dentsu X, an integrated agency network combining communication, media planning, content creation, technology, data and behavioural insight.

Dentsu Aegis Network has acquired Novus Group, a Singapore based independent content agency. It will be merged with John Brown Media post acquisition and rebranded as John Brown Novus.

More than a fifth of WPP investors have voted against Sir Martin Sorrell’s £48m pay package. A total of 21.3% of shareholders either voted against his pay or abstained.
