Kiloutou has chosen Rosapark to handle its new communications strategy following a competition.

The Ile de France region has chosen to continue working with Havas Media for its media account. Havas Media has held the business since 2012.

Sky Be has appointed Havas Media to handle its media account in the Italian market.

French newspaper Les Echos has chosen BETC as its new advertising agency.

Havas PR has been appointed by software developer Reckon to raise the profile of its software and its senior executives.

- APPOINTMENTS / DEPARTURES:

Ketty de Falco has been promoted from MD to CEO of the CSA.

Nicole Middelkoop, formerly Global Brand Director at Zenith has joined Havas Media Group’s Global Hub in Paris.

Emeric Deminière has been appointed CO-MD Havas Sports & Entertainment.

The AACC has elected Fabrice Conrad (MD of Havas Paris) as its President.

- AWARDS / RANKINGS:

Havas Bangkok, Red Agency Australia and Havas Singapore are all shortlisted at the Mumbrella Asia Awards.

- NETWORK, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, JOINT-VENTURES, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTS:

The Havas Sports & Entertainment offer will now be placed at the core of all Havas Group’s client teams within all 46 Havas Villages around the world.

- OTHER:

Havas Group has announced that over 25% of its employees have engaged to become 100% Programmatic through a new proprietary training program that reinforces the Together strategy and provides an uncommon foundation for all employees.

Dentsu Aegis Network China has been appointed as Coca-Cola’s media agency of record after a pitch that was called in October. The group will drive all media planning and buying for the client’s 13 brands across China.

- PITCHES:

Sprint has placed its media planning and buying business in review for the first time in over 10 years. MediaVest has handled the account since 2011. Sprint spent nearly $800 million in 2015.

- NETWORK, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, JOINT-VENTURES, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTS:

Interpublic Group has opened digital agency Platform5 in Morocco.
