Dan Goldstein, Havas New York’s new CSO

NEW BUSINESS:

Reckitt Benckiser has appointed Havas Creative Group to work on the Air Wick and Clearasil brands without a pitch. Clearasil previously worked with Droga5. Havas Helia has picked up the £3m direct and digital account for English Heritage.

Havas Paris has won 2 new accounts : la Maison Crozatier (following a competition) and PlacoPlatre (part of Saint Gobain).

APPOINTMENTS / DEPARTURES:

Havas New York has appointed Dan Goldstein as chief strategy officer. He was formerly with TBWA\Chiat\Day.

Havas Media Group has named Mark Connolly as MD of investment and solutions in the UK and Ireland, replacing Julia Jordan. He was previously director of media investment and performance at the Group.

Havas Lynx, has bolstered its existing medical team with three new appointments: Dr Jack Kreindler, Dr Ben Harman-Jones and Dr Yasmin Ghani.

Havas Media has hired Stuart Butler, Matt Dailey and Craig McCulloch into three newly-created senior roles.

Laura Terry is leaving Havas Chicago where she was chief marketing officer. The search is already underway for someone to fill the position.

Havas Lynx swept the board at the 2016 PM Society Awards, taking home a total of 10 awards.

20th Century Fox is transfering its media buying and planning duties from Zenith to stablemate Blue 449 a couple of months after the Publicis Media agency retained the business in Australia as part of a global review.

Omnicom Group’s TBWA Worldwide has bought a majority stake in London based agency, Lucky Generals. Lucky Generals and TBWA London will form a new TBWA U.K. Group.
